It's quite a difficult task to rate the best Nigerian restaurants in London as I've only been to a handful. Instead, I will show you some of the best Nigerian restaurants and bakeries I have visited- which you must not miss on your trip to London!

First on the list in Angels Bakery located in Peckham. If you are looking for Agege bread with the perfect amount of fluffiness and nostalgia- think buying Agege bread in Lagos traffic with some blue band and a bottle of Coca-Cola- you cannot miss this bakery.

I have eaten at Enish Oxford Circus and Enish Knightsbridge and the foods and service at both were equally great. Enish Oxford Circus also has a basin on the restaurant floor. This is unlike Enish Knightsbridge - so you may have to wash your hands in the bathroom. Otherwise, I would definitely visit again and recommend!

I visited 805 restaurants with my dad and loved the ambiance. They had a limited menu during our visit so we only ordered some drinks and had akara on the house. The manager and waitress were kind and professional and I look forward to visiting again to try a full menu.

You cannot miss Tasty during your visit to London, not least because they have multiple branches in London. If you miss some Nigerian puff puff, meat pies and buns, Tasty is your go-to. During my university days in East London, I was a regular!
K's Spice African Express- Abbey Wood
Word on the street is that K's Spice is one of London's top 10 Best Nigerian Restaurants. I visited their Abbey Wood branch recently and was pleased with my order of jollof rice and fried rice with assorted meat. Abbey Wood is on the end of the Elizabeth Line but great food is always worth the trip!
